Off-site Inspection Services
Our inspectors will assist with off-site activities such as Auditing of vendors to ensure compliance to project requirements, document and data book review, material identification, final visual and dimensional checks, hydrostatic test witnessing, NDT witnessing and review and final release of materials to be delivered to site at your vendor’s locations
QA/QC Inspector, Coordinator, Manager Services
We provide qualified and competent personnel to perform off-site and on-site project related co-ordination and management duties. Our experienced staff are meticulous, and detail orientated. They will ensure project standards are maintained and requirements are met in the most efficient and professional manner.
QMS Establishment and Implementation
We assist our clients new or old, by understanding their processes and establishing organizational specific Quality Management Systems aligned with their processes including to international standards. We also assist with the implementation of the QMS, offering training sessions to employees to highlight and explain the requirements of the QMS. This includes ISO 9001 and EN 3834 – All parts.

On behalf of the client, Sigmet representatives will perform internal audits in preparation for the client’s annual external audits. Post audits, gap analysis will be done and quality recommendations are made, at the request of the client, to comply with the QMS and optimize the organizations performance. Incorporating these tools into the organizational context will enhance its ability to demonstrate conformity to specified quality management system requirements.
Welding and Fabrication Optimization Services
An analysis of the organizations quality proficiency can be performed during production hours to gauge the organizations performance. A review of the organization`s internal procedures and processes, along with historic welding data can be conducted to provide the Client with the most cost effective and productive recommendations for welding and fabrication.
